At Beyond, we take pride in the quality and care behind every fragrance we create. Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds once a purchase is made.

However, if your order arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a replacement.
To request a replacement for a damaged product, please email us at care@beyond-you.in within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographs showing the damage.

Please note:

  • Replacements are issued only for products that are damaged during transit.
  • The product must be unused and reported within the specified timeframe.
